Running a practice means keeping a lot of things healthy at once: client outcomes, financial health, practice operations, clinician well-being, and client experience. In Ensora Health's research with more than 1,000 clinicians and practice leaders, 95% agreed these five areas define practice success. Only 18% said their practice is truly thriving, and just 7% actively track all five.
Join hosts Cory Polonetsky and Lynn Carroll for a conversation with Casey Openshaw Haycock, OTD, OTR/L, Owner and Director of the Openshaw Spot, about the five domains of practice success, how they work together, and how they support exceptional care and a healthy business.
Casey will share lessons learned from building a successful practice and discuss why visibility across all five domains matters. You'll gain an understanding of the connections between these domains and how they can help your practice focus on improvement efforts where they'll have the greatest impact.
You don't have to fix everything at once. When you improve your weakest area, the other four tend to follow.
This 35-minute session is for practice owners, clinical directors, and clinicians in solo and group practices. Can't make it? Register anyway and we'll send you the recording.
