M.Ed, BCBA, LBA, Director of Project Management and Process Improvement at Therapy Brands
Lainey Posthumus is the Director of Project Management and Process Improvement at Therapy Brands, bringing a unique blend of clinical expertise and operational efficiency. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience in early intervention, Lainey has a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of the behavioral health field.

Her journey into ABA began unexpectedly while pursuing a Child Life Specialist internship. The requirement for experience hours led her to another unpaid internship at an ABA center, igniting a passion for the field. Lainey spent the following ten years immersed in the clinical setting, working diligently with children and families in clinic, home, and school environments, leading her to become board-certified in 2017 (and ever since).

In her previous role as Regional Clinical Integrity Officer, Lainey honed her skills in ensuring the highest quality of care delivery. This experience has proven invaluable in her current position, where she is responsible for translating clinical integrity principles into the corporate SaaS landscape. Lainey finds it incredibly rewarding to leverage ABA strategies to enhance efficiency and improve processes within the Therapy Brands organization.

Outside of work, Lainey is a proud mother of a spirited 4-year-old son and a curious 10-month-old daughter; and enjoys the simpler things like yoga, traveling, and quality time with family.
